We want every order to arrive perfectly. If something went wrong in transit, here's how we'll make it right.
Four Seasons Fashions & More offers optional shipping protection through Navidium at checkout. If you added shipping protection to your order, your claim is handled quickly and directly — with a 99% approval rate and instant replacements or refunds on approved claims.
What's covered
Lost in transit
Your order shows no movement or was marked delivered but never arrived.
Arrived damaged
Your item was broken, cracked, or visibly damaged when it arrived.
Wrong item
You received something different from what you ordered.
How to file a claim
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. To get started, contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)
We'll respond within 2 business days. Depending on the situation, we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Custom & personalized items
Because personalized items — including laser-engraved charcuterie boards and embroidered baby blankets — are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your custom item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end, we'll absolutely make it right. Please reach out within 14 days with a photo and your order number.
What isn't covered
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Minor colour variations between screen and product
- Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery
